How to support the Campaign

Dato Jeremy Diamond (Hart-Smith/Forest 1952-58), is supporting the campaign, “In life, it is beholden on us all to try to give back if we have been the recipients of others' generosity that allowed a first class education. I often reflect on how fortunate and privileged I was and how much I owe for such an amazing start to life. The Mermaid Centre will assuredly assist many young and aspiring pupils on their journey to a tertiary education and a rewarding and satisfying career beyond.”

Leave a lasting legacy and support the campaign by naming a room in the building. The project offers many exciting opportunities to name rooms. These include discussion pods, classrooms, offices and the Café/Gallery area. Each room will carry the donor’s name, and have an engraved plaque with wording of their choice at the entrance to the room. There will also be an art installation of bricks and opportunities to name seats in the Lecture Theatre. We are flexible regarding ways to support, and payments can be spread over time.

You can support us in a number of ways beyond financial donations – helping to organise events, spreading the word about our plans, or developing your own fundraising ideas.

Our aim is to get the whole Epsom Community involved with the Campaign. To find out more about the plans for The Mermaid, or to help support the campaign, please contact Education Trust Director, Karen Doyle, at: karen.doyle@epsomcollege.org.uk or on 01372 821290.
